If you register as a candidate with jobdrop, jobdrop will need to obtain some personal information about you, which is stored on jobdrop.Web’s computer. jobdrop will need to know your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, role sought and availability. In addition any CV that you upload to jobdrop will be stored on jobdrop's computer. This information and any such CV allows jobdrop to provide to you the services specified on this website which jobdrop might provide from time to time for candidates who have registered with jobdrop
In addition to the above, the personal information which you provide us with, together with information on services that you have accessed via us in the past may be used by jobdrop, for the purpose of notifying you about any of its services (including newsletters). If you would rather not receive this material, you will be given an opportunity to notify us accordingly before submitting your personal information. Otherwise, by submitting your information you consent to its use in this way.
jobdrop recognises that certain candidates who submit personal information to jobdrop may wish to be registered with jobdrop indefinitely. Similarly jobdrop recognises that certain candidates who upload their CVs may wish to gain access to those CVs indefinitely. Accordingly jobdrop may (but shall not be obliged to) retain personal information and any CV that you upload to jobdrop’s computer indefinitely. If you would like jobdrop to delete personal information relating to your registration or any CV that you have uploaded please send an email to support@jobdrop.com giving details of your request. jobdrop reserves the right not to delete such personal information or CV if there is any legitimate reason why such information or CV ought to be retained by jobdrop
If you use jobdrop to apply for adverts then your emails will be sent with your personal details to agencies via jobdrop’s servers. You consent to jobdrop monitoring the contents of any email sent via jobdrop’s servers.
